1. Next-Day Shipping (Dry Ice)

•For customers outside our local delivery area, we offer next-day shipping to ensure meal freshness.

•All meals are carefully packed with dry ice to maintain safe temperatures during transit.

•Shipping rates are calculated based on distance, order size, and carrier fees.

2. Local Delivery

•Local delivery is available within a 30-mile radius of:

20449 Schaefer Hwy, Detroit, MI 48235.

•Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, on pre-scheduled days.

•It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as meals are perishable.

3. Delivery Fees

•Local Delivery: Delivery fees are calculated based on your distance from our location and will be displayed at checkout.

•Next-Day Shipping: Shipping fees are determined by carrier rates, the size of your order, and additional charges for remote locations, if applicable.

4. Shipping and Delivery Guidelines

•Customers must provide accurate delivery information at the time of ordering. Perfect Timing Meal Prep and Catering is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect addresses.

•Upon delivery, customers should unpack and store meals promptly in accordance with food safety guidelines.

•For dry ice shipments, please handle packaging with care and avoid direct contact with the dry ice.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to U.S. states only. If you are located outside of our local delivery area or shipping zones, please contact us to explore potential service options.
