2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

3. Orders and Payments

•Delivery Zones: We deliver to select locations. Ensure your address is within our delivery area before placing an order.

•Delivery Times: Meals and catering orders are delivered between 9 AM–7 PM. Specific delivery times are not guaranteed.

•Pickup Option: Orders may be picked up at 20449 Schaefer Hwy Detroit, MI 48235.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. Perfect Timing is not responsible for food left unattended.

5. Food Allergies and Preferences

While we strive to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions, we cannot guarantee that our meals are free of allergens, including but not limited to nuts, gluten, dairy, etc. Customers are responsible for clearly communicating any allergies at the time of order.

6. Food Safety

•All meals should be consumed by the “use by” date indicated on the packaging.

•Customers are responsible for storing food appropriately (e.g., refrigeration) upon delivery.

Perfect Timing is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from improper handling or storage of food after delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Perfect Timing Meal Prep and Catering is not liable for:

•Delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather or traffic.

•Customer dissatisfaction due to taste or portion size.

•Adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies.

In no event shall Perfect Timing be liable for damages exceeding the value of the order.
